Brushwood is a state of the art purpose built community care home where we put our passion for care and our expert approach to bespoke person centred dementia care at the forefront of everything we do. Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the grassy Liverpool suburb of Speke, we are here to provide a vital service to a community that we always seek to give back to. Located close to all local amenities, we are proud of our strong community links with organisations such as SURF, TIDE, and the dementia Action alliance.

In our home we put all of the ideals of Bloomcare into practice: A focus on promoting independence due to its many health benefits, both mental and physical. Personalised bespoke care and friendly attentive staff, with years of experience, and the passion that it takes to do this job to the level that our residents and their families deserve. We invest in the best technology available to the car industry and innovate at every opportunity. Our grounds are beautiful and matched only by the interior of our lovely home. Large sprawling communal spaces invite and encourage a sense of community and kinship between both our residents and our staff and the option to personalise your bedroom is just one of the ways that we strive to make you feel at home.

Everything that we do on a daily basis is geared towards providing our residents with a home they can be proud of, and a community of friends that they can rely on. Our dedicated activities team are always trying to come up with new exciting excursions and activities, and we always welcome suggestions from our resident’s ideas. Whether you want to head into town for a day out, get stuck in in the garden, or simply find a quiet space too read a book, we are here to accommodate your stay in the best way we can. Our dedicated team of chefs are always on hand with a rotating seasonal menu of nutritious, and varied meals, throughout the day. And of course, all allergies, and preferences are taken into account so we can ensure that you’re eating how you would if you were at home, or perhaps even better!
